An Alabama man was killed Friday night when his car left the road and flipped over, state troopers said.

The single-vehicle crash occurred at approximately 5 p.m. Friday, and claimed the life of a Tallassee, Alabama, man.

Oliver Rezlin Collins, 31, was fatally injured when the 2008 Cadillac CTS he was driving left the roadway and overturned.

Collins was pronounced deceased at the scene.

The crash occurred on Friendship Road, approximately five miles west of Tallassee, in Elmore County.
