We’ll close out our weekend with another fantastic day Sunday with plenty of sun and temperatures around 80. We’ll be breezy in southern Alabama with more gusty winds in northern Alabama.

This weather continues into Monday with more humid conditions arriving Tuesday. Rain and storms are possible in northern and central Alabama with chances arriving Tuesday night and continuing until Friday. The southern and Gulf Coast regions will stay mostly dry most of the week.

With the storms arriving Tuesday night into Wednesday, models are hinting that we need to pay attention as we get closer to time. The Storm Prediction Center hasn’t issued any risk levels yet for here, but there are some in place in Mississippi, Louisiana, and Tennessee for Tuesday.

North Alabama

Mostly sunny and windy with a high of 82. Sunday night, mostly clear with a low of 59.

Central Alabama

Sunny with a high of 80. Wind gusts up to 20 miles per hour. Mostly clear overnight with a low of 56.

South Alabama

Fog early. Sunny and breezy with a high of 82. Overnight, mostly clear with a low of 53.

Gulf Coast

Sunny with a high of 79, becoming breezy. Mostly clear Sunday night with a low of 56.
