An Alabama man was killed Tuesday when he was involved in a wreck after a tree fell across a road.

Jefferson County Coroner’s Office identified the victim as Anthony Stein II, 43, of Center Point, Alabama.

The accident involved Stein’s motorcycle and a pickup truck after the tree fell across Edwards Lake Road.

Officials said the accident happened at approximately 6:15 a.m. Tuesday. Stein was pronounced dead at the scene just before 6:30 a.m.
