A multi-vehicle wreck which included two 18-wheelers killed on man and injured two others Monday, Alabama state troopers said.

The deadly wreck happened Monday morning on Interstate 65 approximately 5 miles south of Falkville, Alabama.

David A. Moore, 37, was killed when his 2018 Ram 3500 truck collided with a 2012 Freightliner 18-wheeler, state troopers said.

After the truck struck the 18-wheeler the Freightliner then collided with a 2021 GMC 2500 pickup and then hit a 2017 Peterbilt 18-wheeler.

Moore was pronounced dead at the scene of the wreck.

Two people who were riding in the Ram pickup were injured and taken to the hospital for treatment.
