Today is going to be “chamber of commerce” weather across the state today with sunshine, a slight breeze, and seasonable temperatures. We’ll have a day or two of perfect weather before humidity returns. There will be a few isolated showers early in the week, but the real rain chances don’t come until midweek.

If you’re heading to the beaches this weekend, use extreme caution if you go into the water. The National Weather Service has issued a warning about the possibility of deadly rip currents.
