An Alabama woman has been arrested and charged with murder after police said she cut a man she knew Thursday night.

Jennifer Heathcoe, 31, of Mobile, Alabama, was arrested on murder charges in connection with the death of Taylor Rawlins, 33.

Police were called to an apartment at 2889 Sollie Road just after 8 p.m. on Thursday. There they found Rawlins dead inside the apartment.

Heathcoe was arrested a short time later. Details of what may have led to the incident were not immediately clear.
