A handcuffed Alabama kidnapping victim texted 911 for help leading police to rescue him and arrest his alleged kidnappers.

The incident happened Friday evening when police said they received a 911 text from someone saying he had been kidnapped.

The victim was reported kidnapped from his home in Decatur, Alabama, and taken to a residence in Arab, Alabama.

Police responded to the Arab address and found the handcuffed victim in the living room and two other men in the home.

They arrested Jessie Ryan Fain Jr., 21, and Clayton Ty Calahan, 18, and charged with kidnapping.
