Police are seeking the public’s help to locate a vehicle that struck a 4-year-old Alabama child Saturday and fled the scene.

The hit-and-run suspect was driving a blue, two-door Hyundai coupe, driven by a person described as a heavyset black female, Anniston police investigators said Monday.

The incident happened on Saturday in the 2500 block of McDaniel Avenue.
