An Alabama teen is charged with murdering a man and then tampering with evidence, police say.

Eufaula police said officers made an arrest in the Saturday morning shooting that resulted in the death of Antoine Louder, 41, of Eufaula.

Wayne Fitzgerald Thomas Jr, 19, of Eufaula, was arrested for murder, theft of property and tampering with physical evidence for his alleged involvement in Louder’s murder.

Thomas was being held at the Eufaula City Jail.

The incident remains under investigation, police said.
