Saturday will be another day of freezing temperatures with wind chills below zero in parts of the state; however, some warmer temperatures are on the way.

Sunday night will be the final night in the recent stretch of freezing temperatures. We’ll warm up quickly, but don’t expect any sunny days to remind you of springtime. Sure, we may have a few peaks of sunshine, but we’re also about to have several days of rain chances. That’s certainly a good price to pay as we’re still in drought conditions in many counties.

North Alabama

Central Alabama

Sunny with a high of 30. Mostly clear overnight with a low of 15.

South Alabama

Sunny with a high of 36. Mostly clear Saturday night with a low of 16.

Gulf Coast

Sunny with a high of 43 and wind chill near 20. Partly cloudy Saturday night with a low of 22 and wind chill near 17.
