Police have arrested the suspect who they say pulled a gun on an Alabama Waffle House worker early on Halloween morning.
Adrian Hardy Jr., 21, of Mobile, Alabama, was arrested Thursday and charged with first-degree robbery after police said he entered the Waffle House on Airport Boulevard, asked the worker for change and then pulled a gun once the cash register was opened.
Police said his arrest Thursday was after police pulled him over for a traffic violation and then noticed his car matched the description.
Police said the Hardy left the Waffle House without actually taking anything. The circumstances around his leaving the restaurant without any money were not clear.
