Two Alabama high schools have suspended football activities, including homecoming, until further notice, both schools have reported.
The moves come after a fight that broke out Friday night at the Pike County High School and Headland High School game.
The fight started after what some Pike County players perceived was a hard hit that caused an injury to a Pike County player.
The game was ended and the win given to Headland.
Both schools now have said their football programs have been suspended while the fight is investigated by the Alabama High School Athletics Association.
