Alabama police are searching for an “armed and dangerous” suspect believed to have shot and killed a man Sunday night.

Police say John Wesley Drozda, 36, is the prime suspect in a deadly shooting that occurred just before 11 p.m. Sunday in the 200 block of Hickory Avenue Southwest in Cullman.

The victim’s identity has not been released, but police said they were offering up to a $1,000 reward for information leading them to Drozda.

Police said people who see Drozda should use caution and immediately contact 911. They believe the shooting was an isolated incident, however.
