A man walking along an interstate was killed this week after he was struck by a tractor-trailer truck, Alabama troopers report.

The man who was not immediately identified died at the scene on Interstate 65 near Ardmore in Limestone County.

The crash occurred at approximately 11 p.m. Tuesday night.
