Six people are believed to have been killed early Monday morning in a house fire in Tennessee, local authorities said.

Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office investigators said firefighters were called to an address on Plateau Road in Cumberland County in the early hours Monday.

When firefighters arrived they found the house fully engulfed in flames.

Investigators believe four adults and two children were killed in the fire, but officials did not immediately release their names, until the victims could be positively identified and the victimss’ family could be notified.

“This is a horrific event and a tragic loss for our community,” Cumberland County Sheriff Casey Cox said in a release, urging people to pray for the family.
