Alabama driver involved in school bus crash in Florida

An Alabama woman was charged Wednesday after being involved in a collision with a school bus in Okaloosa County, Florida.
According to information released by the Florida Highway Patrol, the 31-year-old female driver from Andalusia, who has not been identified, collided into the back of an Okaloosa County School bus.
Law enforcement said the school bus was traveling south on State Road 85 when it began to slow down for a turn onto Jim Green Road. The female driving the SUV vehicle behind the bus failed to slow and collided into the rear of the bus.
There were 17 students aboard the school bus with one reporting a minor injury. No other student or the driver were hurt.
Police said the driver of the SUV received minor injuries and was transported by ambulance to the North Okaloosa Medical Center for treatment.
The SUV driver was charged with careless driving and driving with a suspended or revoked license.
