An Alabama woman was arrested after police said she threatened high school students after the students allegedly beat up her daughter.

Mobile police said three teens were arrested and taken to a youth detention center for allegedly beating up another student at Williamson High School Tuesday.

The mother of the student allegedly then came to the school and threatened to use a weapon against the allegedly assailants, police said.

Stephanie Ford, 35, was arrested, police said.
