Alabama woman killed when SUV strikes tree, state troopers say

An Alabama woman was killed Saturday when her SUV left the road and struck a tree, state troopers report.
Alabama Law Enforcement Agency officials said Victoria Lowry, 23, of Satsuma, was killed late Saturday afternoon when her Toyota Rav4 veered off the road and struck a tree.
Investigators said Lowry was not wearing a seat belt at the time of the wreck and was ejected from the vehicle. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
The accident happened on Alabama 41, approximately 3 miles north of Repton in Conecuh County.
