An Alabama man has been arrested after police say he sneaked into a women’s rest room and sexually grabbed a woman in an adjacent stall.

Yonis Tomas Morales was arrested and charged with first-degree sexual abuse, Tuscaloosa law enforcement authorities said.

The incident occurred on December 12 at the Target store on 13th Avenue East in Tuscaloosa.

The victim told police a man appeared on the floor from the next stall and grabbed her in a sexual manner.
