Alabama man charged with traveling to meet a child for unlawful sex acts, police say

Police say an Alabama man has been arrested for with traveling to meet a child for sex acts.
Boaz Police said they arrested John Thomas Taylor III, 32, of Joppa, Alabama, Wednesday after he allegedly traveled to Marshall County with the intent to meet a juvenile for an unlawful sex act.
He was charged with sending obscene material to a child, electronic solicitation of a minor and traveling to meet a minor for an unlawful sex act.
No details about what led to the arrest were made available.
